File Status Indicators
Colored markers in the files panel tell you at a glance what needs your attention. The color always means the change's state; the label says who made it.
Blue — waiting for your decision
A blue count next to a file means it has pending local proposals — usually agent edits. Open the file to review them.
Green — landed, not yet read
A green count means changes auto-landed in this file (in Auto or Hybrid mode) and you haven't read them yet. A brand-new auto-accepted file shows a green "new" badge instead of a count. A collapsed folder with unread changes anywhere inside it shows a small green dot.
Green markers clear as you read: scroll a change into view and its mark fades, or use Mark file caught up to clear the whole file at once.
Yellow — a collaborator's proposal
Yellow marks changes from a shared workspace waiting for approval.
No marker
The file is unchanged and has nothing pending.
Using indicators to prioritize
When you open Stet after contributors have been working, scan the files panel: blue and yellow need decisions, green is just catching up on what already landed.
