Viewing One Editor's Changes at a Time

Focus on one contributor's suggestions for a thorough, end-to-end review.

Focusing on one contributor

Click a contributor's bubble (the card showing their name and change count) in the suggestions panel. The interface shifts to focus entirely on that contributor's changes.

What changes

While focused:

• The files panel is replaced by a Description panel showing the contributor's name, their note about the changes, and any conflict warnings
• Only that contributor's change pills are visible — other suggestions are temporarily hidden
• All of their changes are automatically previewed inline, so you can see every proposed edit highlighted throughout your document

Reviewing

This view is ideal for evaluating a full set of related changes. Scroll through your document to see each suggestion in context. Accept or reject changes as you go.

Going back

Click the same bubble again, press Escape, or close the Description panel. The files panel returns, all contributors' pills reappear, and previews reset to their previous state.
